Will there be breaks during the day?

Yes. Each day includes scheduled breaks so you can process, and stay engaged. There is daily homework to complete and submit in order to receive feedback so you are given time to complete said homework.

You will have time to reflect, take notes, and apply what you are learning.

Do I need to be on every session live?

Attending live is strongly encouraged because the experience is interactive and progressive. However, we understand schedules can be challenging.
